Cancellation/rebooking
Cancellations or changes to the dates of your booking must be made in writing.
Winter * Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge * Cancellation from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 60% of the total rate * Cancellation up to 2 days before arrival: 90% of the total rate * In the case of no-show: 100% of the total rate
In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full costs (accommodation + board) will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Check-in/check-out
Your room will be available for you from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. It is not possible to reserve a specific room number or floor.
You can add lunch to your booking for a supplement of CHF 35.00 per person per day in addition to half board.
Minimum stay
Minimum stays may apply over public holidays or at peak times.
Payment details and conditions
Your hotel bill must be paid in cash or by card before departure. Instalments may be paid at any time. Please provide your name and the booked period as a reference.

Pets
Pets are allowed for a fee of CHF 15,00 per day (without food) upon request. Please bring a basket/blanket etc. with you. Thank you for understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed to enter the dining rooms or wellness area. We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee if necessary.

Pick-up service
We will be happy to arrange a pick-up service from the airport or train station for you.
Rate information
The conversion from CHF to € is carried out using the currently valid hotel euro conversion rate.
At Christmas and New Year’s Eve, we charge a festive menu supplement of CHF 30.00 or CHF 50.00 respectively per person.
Reduced rates
With two full-paying guests, we charge 70% of the room rate for the third person. For family rooms with two separate double rooms (some with connecting door), you’ll receive a discount of 20% on the room rate for the second room (for children up to the age of 16).
Single rooms
Double rooms can also be booked for single use upon request.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke in our outdoor smokers’ lounge or on your balcony. Our Why Not Bar & More also has a smoking area.
